Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) 

Drone
Aviation & Flight Program

Get ready to take flight! Join us for an exhilarating Middle School Aviation and Flight Summer Experience, where you'll learn to code drones, build rockets, control airplanes, and uncover the science behind flight.

Calling all young scientists and engineers! Join us for a week of hands-on STEM adventures, where elementary school students will dive into robotics, control submarines, and explore the wonders of science
Fixed-Wing Glider
CO2 Cars, Flying Gliders & Rocketry

Ignite your child's passion for STEM with this week-long summer program! Students will dive into the world of design and innovation by building CO2 cars, flying gliders and designing and launching rockets

Play in a Week: Masterpiece Theatre

Join us for a week long journey under the sea, where children will have the opportunity to collaborate with local established artist Julie Czerenda and Director Leland Williams to explore the depths of their artistic expression!

From Page to Stage Musical Workshop
Ages 13+  |  July 8-July 19 (2 weeks) | 9:00-3:00

Join us this summer for a creative journey! Young performers, writers, composers, and dreamers aged 13 and above can dive into the depths of their imagination and bring to life an original musical inspired by the enchanting theme of "Under the Sea."

Sponge Bob Musical: Youth Edition Broadway Boot Camp
Ages 7+  |  July 22-August 9 (3 weeks)
Cost: $925 (1st child), $725 (sibling)

ACT, SING, and DANCE in this 3-week The Sponge Bob Musical: Youth Edition Broadway Boot Camp. This exciting program will provide an intense, but fun experience for kids and teens looking to develop their acting, singing, and dancing abilities.

Baking Techniques

Calling all bakers! Students will learn new baking skills and techniques, including French croissants!

Our baking classes are so popular we needed to add more! Students will learn more baking techniques! Students will be surveyed to choose recipes to make. Some ideas: Art foccacia, summer tarts & pies, French Napoleon & More!

Unlock your creativity and master the art of woodworking in just two days! Join our beginner wood school class for ages 13 and up - no prior experience is required!

Woodworking & Prop Design
Ages 8-12 | July 8-12 (1 week) | 9:00-3:00
Cost: $425 (1st child), $375 (sibling)

If your child is interested in woodworking, this class is for them! They will learn basic woodworking skills in our state-of-the-art facilities and some of their creations will be used in our Tandem Theatre stage as props for two summer productions!
Sewing Machine
Basic Sewing & Costume Design
Ages 8-12 | July 22-26 (1 week) | 9:00-3:00
Cost: $425 (1st child), $375 (sibling)

Help design innovative costume masterpieces to create an underwater paradise for The Sponge Bob Musical: Youth Edition. You will learn how to use sewing machines, Silhouette Software and Cutting Machines, glue guns and hand stitching to construct creative designs.

INTERNATIONAL CULTURE

Country Flags
ACES International will be hosting a special international cultures' camp for middle school students! 
Students in this summer program in July will learn about different cultures: China, Portugal, South Korea & Argentina. They will cook various foods, learn pop culture, basic greetings, and international games.  Student can choose 1, 2, 3, or all 4 sessions.  Click here to learn more.

Cancellation Policy for WorkspaceCT Programs:

Registrations are non-refundable, but transferable. WorkspaceCT credit will be issued for cancellations as long as ample notice is given. No WorkspaceCT credit will be given after the start of a program. Refunds will be considered for valid reasons (e.g., medical emergencies). Credit will not be issued for missed classes during a session.
