About the Event

Have you ever wanted to explore what’s under the sea? Do you wonder how new types of marine animals that we don’t know even exist are discovered? What about exploring shipwrecks like the Titanic that are too deep for humans to dive? Are you also interested in robotics and problem-solving? Then this program is for you. During this camp, you will be building your own underwater Seaperch Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV). The best part is you get to keep it so you can go out and explore on your own. After you build your ROV we will put your driving skills to the test by completing an underwater obstacle course. Each of these activities is taught by experienced Technology and Engineering education professionals. Activities are STEM-based and focus on using engineering design and real-world problem-solving skills to solve problems.
