About the Event

Each session, led by Leland Williams, is carefully crafted to provide a supportive and engaging environment for teens to unleash their imagination and express themselves freely. This class is ideal for teenagers with a passion for drama, creativity, and quick wit! No prior improvisation experience is required—just bring your enthusiasm and an open mind!  Each session is 2 hours of pure fun and laughs, and meets every Thursday in May:  May 2, 9, 16, 23, & 30. $10/class  or $45 for all 5. Join this dynamic class to unleash creativity and spontaneity through the art of improvisational theater!

Key Highlights:

Creativity Unleashed: Teens will learn to think on their feet, embrace uncertainty, and discover the joy of spontaneous creativity.

Confidence Building: Through various improvisational challenges, students will build self-confidence, overcome performance anxiety, and develop a strong stage presence.

Communication Skills: The class emphasizes effective communication, helping teens become better listeners, storytellers, and collaborators.

Monthly Themes: Each month, the class will explore different improvisational themes, ensuring a diverse and enriching experience for participants.

Safe and Inclusive Environment: The class is committed to creating a safe and inclusive space where teens can express themselves without judgment, fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie.
