Chef Elaina will prep all materials for you so you don't have to worry about the dreaded kitchen cleanup at home. Â You can focus on learning how ingredients complement one another, getting tips from a trained chef, and assembling your culinary masterpiece with no mess.
Casserole Blanco & Ratatouille is similar to a gratin, but more than you expected.  Sliced potatoes layered with mushrooms, ham (optional) sauteed leeks, fresh herbs all smoothed in a creamy béchamel sauce, all which can be prepared Gluten Free if requested. You will pair this with Ratatouille, a layered vegetable dish that will compliment this family fan favorite!
