About the Event

Students will learn culinary and baking basics as we create and taste foods from different European countries. They will learn culinary techniques like sautéeing, sauce making, pasta making, and some baking basics. Students will make 2-3 dishes per day, including their lunch and snack or dessert. There will be mini competitions scattered throughout the week to keep them on their toes and let those creative imaginations run wild. Students will cook for the majority of the day with breaks outside for snack and lunch. This camp is nut-free. Recipes will vary dependent on student participation in our Aug. 5 - 9  session. (Students can sign up for either European Cooking & Baking session or both. )
