Learn about the rare and interesting bounty that burst from the cold soil to reveal tasty treats on a "get'em while you can" basis.  Sample favorites like ramps, fiddleheads and more.  We will use a variety of ingredients to craft nutrient packed snacks, salads and power packed protein bowls
